The Koffee Kup Family Restaurant is a Texas landmark located at the junction of Highway 6 and Highway 281 in central Texas. The Koffee Kup is a world famous stopping point for locals and travelers alike. The Koffee Kup is a total "non-smoking" restaurant and offers three separate dining areas, a complete breakfast, lunch and dinner menu and seating for 116.
Baking is a specialty at the Koffee Kup. Donuts and breads are customer favorites, but it's our PIES that are talked about the most.Our delicious flavors are baked fresh in our own kitchen. The Koffee Kup offers everything from Coconut and Peanut Butter with tall Meringue to Black Forest and Banana Blueberry and Doctor’s Office Icebox pies. Whole pies or slices to go. Whichever pie you order, we know you'll be back for more!

The Koffee Kup Family Restaurant is a Texas Landmark! We are a full service restaurant, open from 6:00am until 9:30pm every day except Christmas Eve (open 1/2 day) and Christmas Day. From eggs and pancakes, to lunch specials, to specialty burgers made on our own handmade buns to Black Angus rib-eyes, everyone can find what they are looking for!

Lynn Allen, his wife Nancy, and Irene Leach formed the Hico Baking Company, LLC in 2014.
We went through several months prior to the formation of the business researching stabilizing products available in the food industry before going out on our own to develop the mixture that we have used on our pies successfully since April of 2014. We have a better product that requires less sugar per meringue and decided to share our product with others that want a superior and longer lasting meringue for their pies. Stop by the restaurant to get a 2-pie packet and give it a try for yourself! You may also call the restaurant and we will be happy to mail you one!
